My road to professional photography began when I graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. I was classically trained in all aspects of Photography. Tools of the trade were 4x5 film and a view camera. I now work in the digital world, however I still approach my photography with the same dedication use during my film imaging days. Exposure, focus, and composition. My enlarger is now Photo Shop software, the goal is still the same. Reproduce images as accurately as possible. Photo Shop manipulation of the image is never done, all colors seen in my Prints are present in the scene at the time of the photograph. To achieve long lasting images I use archival pigments and paper for all my prints.
